Gary Cluff

Gary obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Sydney University. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1979. He commenced work in general practice, initially at Toongabbie, and then formed a partnership with Paul Sant in 1985.

During his career Gary has built up an expertise in a number areas of law including Conveyancing, Commercial (sales and purchases of business, leases and commercial contracts), Family Law, Debt Recovery and Wills and Estate transactions (including challenges to Wills).

Gary has always been actively involved within the local community and is a life member of both the Catholic Convents Rugby League Association Parramatta and St Margaret Mary’s Merrylands JRLC. Gary has also been a team manager for a number of years with the Wentworthville JRLC.

Gary is a current member of the Parramatta & District Law Society Committee and has been so for over seven years.

Allan Stockman

Allan was admitted as a Solicitor on 24 November, 1967 and practiced continually since then. A Partner of Stockman and Evans since 1978 making him a partner with Stockman and Evans for almost 40 years.

Elected by the profession to serve on the Council of the Law Society of New South Wales from 1984-1989.

Robert Savio

Robert Savio has almost 40 years of experience in a wide range of legal matters. Over the years he has successfully conducted may complex litigation matters including commercial disputes involving breach of contract, mortgages, guarantees, Australian Consumer Law, subdivision disputes, Family Law and De-facto relationship matters including property and parenting disputes, prenuptial and financial agreements. Over the years he has also conducted many cases contesting Wills on behalf of aggrieved parties who have been excluded from a Will or where a Will is grossly unfair and has also conducted many cases on behalf of executors defending the deceased’s intentions as expressed in their Will. Robert also has experience in motor vehicle accident personal injury claims and professional negligence claims.
