Bob Barker

Bob was principal of Barker Lawyers.

Bob conducted practices in the St George/Sutherland Shire areas for more than 40 years.

During that period, he acted in particular for:

  • an insurance company recovering motor vehicle damages. He also drafted the first “Plain Talk” motor vehicle insurance policy
  • public mining companies drafting and settling joint venture agreements with BHP, foreign entities and others
  • a public listed debt collection agency recovering debts for major banks and councils
  • a historical aircraft museum preparing, among others, agreements for acquisition of aircraft including the Super Constellation known as “Connie”
  • a property management trust, which now controls a $2.5 billion property investment portfolio

As a result, Bob has acquired an extensive legal knowledge in various fields of law, but currently concentrates on conveyancing, elder law and succession.

Gary Cluff

Gary was principal of Cluff & Associates

Gary obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Sydney University. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1979. He commenced work in general practice, initially at Toongabbie, and then formed a partnership with Paul Sant in 1985.

During his career Gary has built up an expertise in a number areas of law including Conveyancing, Commercial (sales and purchases of business, leases and commercial contracts), Family Law, Debt Recovery and Wills and Estate transactions (including challenges to Wills).

Gary has always been actively involved within the local community and is a life member of both the Catholic Convents Rugby League Association Parramatta and St Margaret Mary’s Merrylands JRLC. Gary has also been a team manager for a number of years with the Wentworthville JRLC.
